  • 350g any no-added-sugar, fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 sachet gelatine (or agar-agar to make vegetarian)
  • 1 egg white*
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 2 blueberries, halved
  • 8 tbsp juice from the defrosted raspberries, to serve
