That’s why each week in IMAGE Therapy you’ll share recipes, ideas and strategies and get powerful personalised support to keep you on track as you build your knowledge of Food Optimising and our Body Magic activity programme, find out more about the psychology of slimming and keep your weight loss motivation sky-high.
