Fill up on Free Food

Free Food is your new best friend and the hero of every great Food Optimising plate. Free Food includes hundreds of everyday foods you can eat without counting, without weighing or measuring and without a shred of guilt. They will fill you up, slim you down and help you build those important new healthy eating habits that will last a lifetime. Free Foods include lean meat, eggs, fish, pasta, potatoes, fruit and vegetables. They’re filling and low in calories for their weight - so you can eat as much Free Food as you like!

Add measured Healthy Extras

Designed to help to provide a good balance of nutrients, alongside your Free Food, Healthy Extras include milk and cheese for calcium, wholemeal bread and breakfast cereals for fibre and other essential minerals, and nuts and seeds for healthy oils.

Enjoy a few Syns

The foods that are least filling and are higher in calories, like biscuits, sweets and alcohol, count as Syns at Slimming World. Enjoying a little of what you fancy - like a piece of chocolate or a glass of wine - means you won’t be tempted to go off track.
