  • 2 tbsp tomato purée
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 4 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 3 level tsp sweetener granules
  • 2 tsp yeast extract
  • 1 large carrot, diced
  • 225g can water chestnuts, drained
  • 200g small mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 medium red peppers, deseeded and diced
  • 1 medium green pepper, deseeded and diced
  • ½ broccoli head, cut into small florets
  • 4 dried rice noodle nests
