  • 140g dried basmati rice
  • 2 bavette steaks, visible fat removed
  • 1 cal cooking spray*
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce/tamari
  • 2 onions, peeled, each cut into 8 wedges
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced into thick strips
  • 4 spring onions, two-thirds chopped into roughly 2cm pieces, the rest thinly sliced
  • 180g long-stem broccoli, trimmed and cut into thirds
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4cm piece fresh root ginger, peeled and finely grated
  • ¼ tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
