Deduct 7 Syns if using Wholemeal Wrap as a Healthy Extra ‘b’ choice.

  • 4 Slimming World wholemeal tortilla wraps (if you’re using white wraps and counting the Syns, add ½ Syn per serving)
  • 1 medium egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp harissa seasoning*
  • Vegetable crudités, to serve

For the red pepper dip:

  • 2 roasted red peppers in brine from a jar, drained and roughly chopped
  • 300g fat-free natural cottage cheese
  • 2 small garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 1 tsp sumac (available in most large supermarkets, but if you can’t find it, swap for a little extra harissa seasoning)
  • 2 level tsp sun-dried tomato paste
  • 2 level tsp chilli paste
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • 400g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • *Spice blends are Free so long as they’re made from herbs and spices only and don’t include any Synned ingredients like sugar and flour. Check the label to be sure and count the Syns as necessary.
