- 100g frozen peas
- 1kg floury potatoes, such as Maris Piper or King Edward, cut into chips
- 1 cal cooking spray*
- 200g thin-stemmed broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
- ½ red onion, finely sliced
- 1 small carrot, peeled and sliced into fine matchsticks or sliced into ribbons using a julienne peeler
- 1 lemon, ½ juiced, ½ cut into wedges
- 100g plain unsweetened soya yogurt with added calcium, or fat-free natural yogurt
- 1 small garlic clove, crushed
- 10g each of fresh tarragon and flat-leaf parsley, leaves chopped
- 10g fresh chives, chopped
- 2 medium avocados, peeled and stoned, then 1 diced and 1 sliced
