- 3 skinless and boneless chicken breasts, halved lengthways
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 garlic cloves, finely sliced
- 6 fresh thyme sprigs, leaves picked and chopped
- 6 fresh sage leaves, chopped
- 1 chicken stock cube, crumbled
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- ½ small swede, peeled and cut into small chunks
- 4 carrots, cut into small chunks
- 4 celery sticks, finely chopped
- 500g floury potatoes, such as Maris Piper, thinly sliced
- 400g can green lentils, drained
- 1 tsp Marmite
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
