  • 200g caster sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 300g Fage Total 0% Fat natural Greek yogurt
  • 200g fresh berries (we used blueberries, raspberries and hulled and halved strawberries), or defrosted frozen berries drained on kitchen paper
  • Zest of 1 unwaxed lemon
