  • 2 small cooked skinless and boneless chicken breasts (about 200g), shredded
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic granules
  • A few drops of hot pepper sauce, to taste
  • 80g fat-free natural yogurt
  • 2 Slimming World wholemeal tortilla wraps (if you’re using white wraps and counting the Swips, add ½ Swip per serving)
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • Handful baby spinach, shredded
  • 1 cal cooking spray*
  • Your favourite Speed salad, to serve
