My Slimming World journey began in 2022, and have lost a total of 6 stone. I had tried every diet that was out there, Slimming World is the only one that has worked for me. As a mam to 3 children, Slimming World has changed our lives, we Food Optimise as a family, we all eat the same meals and the children all benefit from a healthier, more active mam. Since becoming a Slimming World Consultant I have been able to attend sports day and school activities that I would have normally missed out on.
