Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Carmel
Having struggled with my weight for years, I knew I needed to make changes, but I just couldn’t do it on my own. When a friend asked me to go along to Slimming World with her I reluctantly agreed. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Slimming World has changed my life and I'd love to help you change yours. Our Food Optimising plan is so flexible and it fits around real life. In group every week we'll equip you with the knowledge, tools and confidence to build great new habits around food, drink and activity that will bring lasting changes. I'd love to welcome you to group and help you discover just how much you can achieve.
