As a member myself, I know how hard it can be to walk through those doors, but it was the best decision I ever made. Five years ago, I made that brave decision to join Slimming World and within four months Iʼd lost 2st. Food Optimising is a way of life for me now, and I never feel deprived or hungry. Thereʼs a very warm welcome waiting for you at any one of my six sessions upstairs in Ernie’s Bar, Wicklow Town.
