Tanith at Monaleen GAA Club

My name is Tanith and I joined Slimming World in August 2024. I was peri-menopausal, pre-diabetic, on blood pressure medication and struggling. As a full-time carer life was getting difficult... In over a year I have lost 6st 13lbs and it has transformed my life. I no longer take medication for blood pressure and my blood sugars are normal. I love the generous, healthy eating plan and cooking for the whole family. I have found a community of wonderful people along with a new lease for life! I have trained as a Consultant and I hope to help and inspire others on their weight loss journey. Come along to Monaleen GAA Club in Tuesdays at 9.30am where there will be a cuppa, a warm welcome and a comfy chair waiting.
