Turkey gave me the tool. Slimming World gave me the support. But I did the work. I joined Slimming World as a teenager and rejoined a number of times over the years. 2019 at 22 stone, I decided enough was enough, I booked a gastric sleeve in Turkey and followed the Slimming World plan to lose and continue to maintain my goal weight. I'm a 42-year-old mum of 3 based in Youghal, Co Cork, Ireland, and I'm committed to ensuring your journey is just as successful as mine.
