Hi, Christina here. I joined Slimming World to take control of my health and feel better in my own skin. With the support of the group and Food Optimising, I gained the freedom to enjoy the foods I love while still losing weight and feeling more confident and energised. I become a Consultant and help others achieve their goals and build a healthier relationship with food. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing and hearing the success stories from my members each week! Our group is a welcoming and supportive space where we celebrate victories and work through challenges together. New members will feel like part of the family from day one, and I'm here to guide you every step of the way!
