I joined Slimming World after retiring from a busy life running our family business and gaining 2 st in weight, becoming very ill with high blood pressure and cholesterol, so my doctor put me on medication and advised me to lose some weight. So I joined Slimming World - I was absolutely blown away - to think that I could eat as much rice, pasta and potato as I liked and still lose weight! I loved the Food Optimising plan and the fact I could lose weight without going hungry, enjoying life along the way! I want to provide the same support which helped me reach my own target weight, to others. I run my own group and we support members to their dream weight through recipe sharing, motivation, hints and tips. You can feel amazing too!
