I joined Slimming World as I was struggling with my weight as I had reached my heaviest during COVID. I was finding it difficult to do basic things, like walking up the stairs or putting on a pair of socks. I was determined to lose some weight so, in June 2021, I joined my local group. After six months I had lost 4st and reached my target weight. I have kept the weight off ever since. In February 2026, I decided to become a Consultant and it's the best thing I’ve done. I now get to share my experiences, and support others on their weight loss journey. My group are very supportive of each other and every member is welcomed with open arms. We'd love to welcome you too.
