Jo at Maescar Community Hall

My name is Jo and I’m a Consultant in the stunning Brecon Beacons. Having been a Slimming World member for many years I decided to use my passion for Food Optimising to help others on their journey. We meet on a Thursday morning at 7.30am, 9am & 10.30am at St David’s church hall, Llanfaes, and will be in Libanus from March 2026 👍where you will be welcomed into a very friendly group who will become your inspiration, and give plenty of helpful tips and advice.
