I’m Jo and I have been a member of Slimming World since December 2021. I joined shortly after having my second child from a GP referral as I had had pregnancy diabetes. I lost 2 stone 9lb to reach my target weight in October 2023. I love how much food I can eat while still losing weight and it has made our whole family have a healthier diet. I also love activity and am a regular runner and cyclist and enjoy yoga and Pilates. I became a Consultant to support others to succeed and reach their target weight while still enjoying delicious meals, just like I did. I love cooking so enjoy sharing meal suggestions with my group. My favourite meals are almond pancakes & bacon, burgers and crispy chicken stir fries.
