I'm Charlotte, I'm a target member with Slimming World and would love to help other people achieve their dreams. For years, I felt trapped in a cycle of low confidence and constant discomfort. At my heaviest, I had gained 2 stone 2lbs and over time, the weight began to affect not only my physical health but also my emotional wellbeing. I no longer wanted to go out, dreaded trying on clothes, and resisted buying bigger sizes. Even everyday tasks felt like a struggle because, deep down, I simply didn’t like who I saw in the mirror.
