Hi, I’m Julie and I’m the Consultant for Cheslyn Hay and Great Wyrley . When I first made the decision to walk through the doors of a Slimming World group, I felt nervous and anxious, however I was soon made to feel welcome and everyone was very friendly. I was amazed by the amount of food I could eat while Food Optimising. I was thinking 'how can I eat all this food and lose weight’? It’s amazing! The help and support offered is fab and even now I always stay for support in IMAGE Therapy. Please feel free to come along to sit and listen to the new member talk, stay to IMAGE Therapy and ask any questions you might have. I’m happy to help and I’m sure you'll decide Slimming World is right for you!
