My name is Pauline, and I joined Slimming World because I was fed up with feeling overweight and unhealthy. I wanted to be able to buy the clothes I love to wear and not hide at the back when family photos were taken. I lost nearly 4st with Slimming World and Iʼm now healthy and happy. Iʼm passionate about helping people reach their dream weight through Food Optimising. It’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle change and I promise you will never feel hungry or deprived.
