If youʼre feeling nervous about joining Slimming World, please know that I was too. I know exactly how it feels before you walk through those doors, but rest assured I will be waiting inside with a warm welcome and Iʼll help to settle you in, then tell you all about the amazing Food Optimising plan. You arenʼt alone. Weʼre in this together and the amazing members in my groups are kind, caring and very supportive.
