Slimming World has changed my life, not just through Food Optimising and the group support Iʼve had, itʼs given me a new career, too! I joined because I was fed up and constantly paranoid that people were judging me and about to make nasty comments. Now, I love seeing my members each week and watching them grow. In September, I had the pleasure of handing one of my members her 10½st award, which was also her target... It was a moment Iʼll never forget!
