I joined Slimming World because I had become overweight working long hours sat at a desk in a call centre. I had back ache, knees hurt and chest pains when walking up hill. With Slimming World's amazing Food Optimising eating plan I lost nearly 3st and 5 years later I've kept the weight off. I'm now a keen jogger and have completed 2 London Half Marathons. I wanted to give back to Slimming World what they had given to me so I became a Consultant. My groups are full of warm and friendly people who understand how you feel.
