Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Pippa
Food Optimising changed my life. I joined Slimming World as a member in May 2011, after the birth of my daughter. I was getting married that October and wanted to fit into my dress for the big day! Before finding Slimming World, Iʼd follow fad diets, which would leave me hungry and unhappy. Being a girl who loves her food, I was so pleased to discover I could enjoy my favourite meals – curry and lasagne – and still lose weight! In fact I lost 2 stone in three months, hit my target weight – and fitted into the dress perfectly! I’m now a Consultant and the lovely members in my Caerphilly groups support each other every step of the way. I look forward to welcoming you to group and helping you achieve your dream weight, too!
