Hey, I'm Alyson, a Slimming World Consultant with over 6 years' experience. Having lost my sister suddenly in September 2017 I realised I had spent enough time putting my life on hold. I suffer with high blood pressure which combined with being overweight was putting me at a higher risk of a stroke. With the help of my local group I lost over 4.5 stones which not only gave me my confidence back but it brought me a whole new career. Covid hit and I gained over 3 stone (I can eat my emotions!). In 2023 I made some changes and have lost 2.5 stone so I truly understand the misery of being overweight and being unhealthy. I'm ready to be your biggest cheerleader, be brave and take that step, I promise you won't regret it 🥰
