As I walked through the doors of Slimming World 8 yrs ago, I never imagined it would transform my life so much. A deeply unhappy mum of 2, looking to be rescued. Now 8st 3½lbs gone forever, with a healthy mind & body, I am living the life I dreamt of - teaching yoga, climbing mountains, being brave, being adventurous & most importantly helping people live the life they were destined. With 4 gorgeous groups in my unique studio in Carnmoney Village, it really is all about touching hearts & changing lives. This is not a diet, it's a lifestyle change.
