I joined Slimming World 27 years ago. I was amazed at how much I could eat by following the Food Optimising plan. It was a dream come true to eat lots and still lose weight. And I can still enjoy chocolate every day if I want to! About a year later I had lost nearly 4st and reached my target weight - I felt fantastic! I really wanted to help other people find Slimming World and change their lives too. I’ve been a Consultant for 26 years now and I love helping others with the same challenges I still face. My groups lost a fantastic 2,300 stone last year and we won the the Slimming World Group of the Year award in 2017! We're a gorgeous, supportive family.
