I joined Slimming World again because I felt breathless on the stairs, (I was scared) my bones ached, and my clothes were too tight — but I refused to buy bigger ones. I knew I had to change. I became a Consultant because I love the plan. I know it works. After reaching target when I lost 2 stone and maintaining for two years, then choosing to lose more, total lost 2 1/2 stone, I truly believe Food Optimising works 100%. My group is full of wonderful members — new, returning and long-term — and as a new Consultant I’m full of enthusiasm, fully trained, supportive, non-judgemental and caring.
