My name is Mike and I started my Slimming World journey in July 2025. At the time, I wasn’t feeling great about myself. I’d gained weight, my clothes were tight, and I knew something needed to change. With a holiday coming up, I decided it was time to take action. If I’m honest, I was nervous. I’d been putting it off for months. Eventually I walked through those group doors. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Today, I’m proud to be a Slimming World Consultant, supporting others. We all experience moments of low confidence, but I want people to know that change is possible.
