During lockdown I joined my son Paul's virtual Slimming World group. I lost 5 stone in 5 months, reaching my target. Since then I have maintained my weight loss with the fabulous Consultants in the Widnes area. I now have groups in Warrington and have lost another stone. I can't wait to welcome you!
