Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Carol
I was referred to Slimming World and am now four stones lighter and feeling better than ever. Food Optimising and group support are keys to success and weekly group support. After seeing danger level results at a Well Woman check-up at my GP I was left feeling depressed and old. I got a 12-week countdown though the Slimming World on Referral scheme, lost a stone in weight I now support the referral scheme and am proud to say I have members from the scheme every week. I grew up and got married in Bellingham so jumped at the opportunity to be a Slimming World Consultant in the area. I’ve been helping members lose weight at St Dunstan’s since 2015 and after lockdown had the opportunity to run groups in Lewisham and Catford. Come along....
