I discovered Slimming World back in October 2019. I was engaged and the thought of being overweight on my wedding day was terrifying. The generous, flexible Food Optimising plan gave me the freedom to enjoy my food – without any of the guilt Iʼd usually felt on diets. Then, when my relationship broke down, my Slimming World group was there for me, and my Consultant and fellow members helped to keep me on track. Now, Iʼve lost 9½st and I feel like a completely different person! Becoming a Consultant was the easiest decision Iʼve ever made, and I love helping and supporting others to lose weight and live their lives to the fullest. In my group youʼll have fun, make friends and enjoy buckets of support, all the way to target.
