I joined Slimming World for the flexibility as I love food, especially sweet treats. My total weight loss is 9st 7lbs and I’ve maintained my weight successfully for over 20 years. My mobility has massively improved as a result of losing my weight and I’m healthier and fitter in my 50s than I was in my 20s.
