I'd been a member on & off for many years & then in May 2015 it clicked, my journey really began and I haven't looked back! After reaching my target weight (with almost 9 stone lost) I took the plunge & became a Slimming World Consultant. I relaunched the group I was a member of & within just over 6 months, after taking redundancy, decided to launch a brand new group too! Fast forward to now & I know that it was the best decision I've ever made! I am privileged to support my members (4 sessions on a Tuesday in Hereford) to achieve their weight loss dreams - from losing 7lbs to over 10.5 stone - they are incredible...The differences they continue to make to the way they shop, cook, eat, drink and exercise are life changing!
