Slimming World changed my life – I know that sounds dramatic but itʼs totally true. Having lost over 4½st, I knew I wanted to guide others on their journeys and Iʼm so proud to be a Slimming World Consultant. You will find a wonderfully warm bunch of members at each of my groups, where the support and learning is fun as well as motivating. And you might also spot flashes of Gold on members’ books and in our venue as we have achieved the much-coveted Gold Group award so you know you’ll be in very safe hands 💛 I knew that I needed help to change my relationship with food without having to cut out the treats I enjoy, and I can help you make those changes and enjoy a more mindful eating lifestyle as you head towards your healthy ever after.
