Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Rebecca

I was very overweight and my BMI was 50. Walking my dog was difficult and climbing the stairs was exhausting. I knew I needed to do something. I had tried so many things unsuccessfully, so my friend introduced me to Slimming World. I lost 8 stone and have kept it off now for 16 years. I still attend group every week as a member myself. My proudest moment as a Consultant, was being awarded Slimming World's prestigious Gold Award for my groups in 2016. It was an honour to receive it on behalf of my members. No matter what your reason for losing weight may be, I’ll be there to help you. You’ll meet like-minded people, who'll also be there to support and guide you in your weight-loss journey.
