For many years I wasn’t happy with the way I felt and looked, it was stopping me from doing so many things in life. I was missing out. I decided to make the change, take control of the way I looked and felt. I joined a local Group well over 16 years ago, where I soon reached my target weight and then went on to become a Consultant. I just loved everything about Slimming World and the amazing Food Optimising plan. I now run 3 Groups with 6 sessions weekly, and together we really can, and do, make a difference.
