Before I walked through the Slimming World doors, I was scared. My weight had been creeping up, and I knew I needed help. I quickly discovered a friendly, supportive group where everyone understood how I felt. I was amazed that I could still enjoy real food, share meals with family and friends. I lost 2st to reach my target in 2010 and went from struggling with my knee on the stairs to trekking mountains for charity. I became a Consultant because I know how daunting that first step can feel, and I’m here to help you make changes that fit into your lifestyle. I’m so proud of our award-winning Deepcut group. In 2025, my members lost 8,513lbs (607st!) and 74 reached their target. If I can do it, I know you can too. Let's do this together ❤️
