My journey started when my neighbour told me that there was a fabulous Group that could help me to lose weight and brought me along to the Sevenoaks Slimming World Group. I expected it to be a restrictive calorie controlled diet, but it wasn't - I'm now enjoying filling generous healthy delicious meals - I can't believe how much I can eat! I've lost over 7 stones and it has been totally life-changing for me. I know Slimming World can change lives and for this reason, I'm passionate about the Slimming World plan. It's the highlight of my role as a Consultant when members achieve their dream weight, and whether you're on a short journey or longer journey I'm here to support you all the way!
