Welcome to Slimming World @Caldicot RFC😀 My name is Sarah and I’m the Consultant here at our fab friendly group at Caldicot Rugby Club. I joined Slimming World as a member in January 2017 and reached my personal target later that year having lost just over 3 stone. I felt so fantastic I wanted to help other people achieve their dreams too!
