Hello! I hope you are reading this to feel assured you'll be in a safe place when you join my groups...I know how hard it can feel when you want to lose weight and don't know where to turn. Please know I was exactly the same and was so glad I joined Slimming World in 2010 as a member for the first time. After 8 years of weighing and dashing out I decided to stay and it's here I made some incredible friends, and found ideas which helped me and also made the essential mindset shifts to lose weight. And after losing 3 stone 6lbs, I wanted to help others too, so I applied to become a Consultant, my first group opened in 2019, and I now run multi- award winning groups, in Macclesfield!
