I started as a member in 2009 and after losing 3.5 stones, I opened my first group in Essex on 9th May 2011. What an amazing night! I moved to Kent in 2015 and have run groups here ever since. It's been an absolute privilege to support members to make those behaviour and mindset changes needed to reach their weight loss goals for the last 14 years. Our group in Rainham is an award-winning group and we've received the prestigious GOLD award TWICE! I'm so passionate about helping members to feel great about themselves and I'd love to help you, too. Come and see me on Tuesdays in Rainham, Thursdays in Twydall and Fridays in Waldeslade.
