Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Ali

The first time I joined Slimming World my daughter was a year old and I got to target without a problem but then stopped attending. Ten years ago when I left my ex-husband I joined a local group in Eastleigh but my heart wasn't in the right place. Five years ago I joined a group in Netley and within 9 months I hit target, losing 2 and a half stone but not only that I also started running and completed my first 10k race and the Great South Run. I am now able to run half marathons. Body Magic is part of my everyday life now and I wouldn't be without it. Life got in the way a few times since I hit target and I soon came out of target range, but I never stopped going to group. I got back to target in 2022. I'd love to welcome to you my group.
