I joined Slimming World with an aim of losing 8 stones, as I tipped the scales at over 20 stones and found myself becoming extremely unhealthy, unhappy - my self-esteem was at an all-time low. Fast forward to now and I have lost just short of 8 stones with Slimming World and I am still a member myself. Slimming World and Food Optimising has transformed my life and I am so much happier, looking forward to the future!
