Since joining Slimming World, my life has changed so much! When I first joined, I'd put on weight following five operations in five years and could no longer lead an active lifestyle. I went on to lose 3st 10lbs and love the fact that I can still enjoy all of my favourite meals. Slimming World has had a fantastic influence on my whole family's view of food and what makes up a healthy lifestyle. I truly believe that Slimming World is the healthiest way to lose weight. I decided to become a Consultant and in December 2014 I launched my first group as I love helping as many people as possible achieve their dream weight and change their lives as I have.
