Hi, I’m Jade, your Slimming World Consultant at Christ Church Wharton, Winsford. ❤️ I’m a wife, mum of two, work part-time in accounts and am a proud Slimming World Consultant. I’ve lost 3st 8½lb and have maintained my target weight since June 2025, so I understand the journey, challenges and celebrations. I believe weight loss doesn’t mean giving up the foods you love. My group is warm, welcoming and non-judgemental, with friendship, support and motivation, whatever kind of week you’ve had.
