Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Gemma

Hi, my name is Gemma. I joined Slimming World as a member in May 2025. It took me just over a year to lose a whopping 7st by following Slimming World's Food Optimising plan. Lots of hard work and commitment went into losing that weight, but it truly is the best thing I've ever done. It opened the door for me to become a Slimming World Consultant, allowing me to support others on their own journeys. I’m absolutely loving every second of it. My life has changed in so many ways, far more than I ever thought was possible when I walked through those doors. The support, friendship, fun and learning is incredible.
